    What a speach.... Just improve anaerobics: 13 times 30s sprints with 2-4 min rest. It has to be done that way look to medicine books, our body is build that way. Dont do intensive training inside, do it outside you need that fresh cool air. And dont drink coffe or red bull. Drink only water. What a low trainer.... And if you want knock down power just buy those 1 pound women weights and do jogging like the russian boxers (minimum 21 min. just do it 25 min to be sure). GGG and other top ten punchers did it as well. And do it outside you need that fresh cool air.
