I believe c15 is a strong ampk activator. My personal experience is that when i take it i feel it gets me bloated but kind of bloating that comes with inflammation or when we're tired. I think it is because i have been taking it at night on empty stomach. Yes it activated ampk but i think i needed more energy and since i havent consumed any food then this eventually caused hunger and possibly raised cortisol back which then made feel bloated. I will try it during day time with food.
