Maybe I’m nuts, but I stuck small obelisk shaped crystals in my ears under my headphones. It’s comfortable and dulls the shrillness a like but one can still hear very well. I decided to use tiger eye and citrine and have the point facing outward. I’m hoping negative energy will find its way out and be happy to do it
