Hi, great stuff. Just a question for Phase start and finish dates. What are these dates exaclty? If not mistaken they are similar at different report date? I thought we need to have at each update as if we have delay these dates will change
Hi NKordestani, thanks for the comment. The phase start and end dates drive the milestones of the schedule. If a date is different from a previous reporting moment (date) it will effect the line of that milestone. It might go up or down. If the date didn't change the line will be straight. Hope that makes sense
Thank you so much for an overview of the tool. This looks very useful; I am trying to use it to generate some reports. How did you get the project phase start and end dates as well in the table view on Power BI? After doing the Unpivot step, I only have 2 columns with the attributes and the values. Thanks in advance!
