Regarding which olives are best, they're all great. The processing method's more important than the olive type. If you get olive oil, make sure to get extra virgin olive oil (cold-pressed: heat is no bueno).

Is olive oil toxic or just less beneficial or slightly less compared to extra Virgin olive oil?

I bought green olives and the purple or dark colored olives for the first time. It’s very salty and this is in the bottle. Should it be washed first to eliminate some of the sodium? I need to start eating to help with high blood pressure.
Thanks in advance. Thought I’d ask someone who already eats it.

@@MIZZNIGHTINGALE pour out the salty brine and replace with clean water. Wait 1 day, pour the water out and replace again with clean water. Wait another day and the olives should taste more natural without the overpowering salty and vinegar taste. Keep them refrigerated the whole time.

Literally one of the worst tasting things that can grow on a tree. Olives takes like what BO smells like and are super powering. I'd much rather watch my calories with Olive oil that ever eat an olive again. A life lived on years spent eating olives is a life not worth living to me.

And I told ppl do the proper human diet which is the diet we evolved on which is a hper carnivore diet according to stable isolation studies. The carnivore diet is anti all that you said and more because degenerative diseases didn't exist until agriculture. You need a study on ppl on a proper carnivore diet and olive you will probably get no additional benefits. Also you get all the antioxidants you need from uric acid glutathione and EARTHING.
