The house is nice.
So is that basically a updated homes in Madagascar and will the landlord be clean the yard does it have air con I love if you show me a updated apartment or house on nice safe area love your vedioes and can you tell me the cost of food there
@@Davirdcarrol the landlord is happy for me to sublet as long as I get the rent off me every month, they’re happy there’s no air but you can put Aircon in for €200 I find if you’re gonna rent a house long-term that hasn’t got Aircon it’ll be a lot cheaper than one that has got Aircon therefore it justifies buying the air on yourself to keep the rent low and also you can remove the Aircon when you relocate same goes to a hot water, but this house does hot water have hot water
Food is not the cheapest being an island and everything being imported I spend €400 a month for a family of 5 the other people that spend €150 a month for two of them and others that spend €800 a month for two of them

Well, I spoke to the landlord and I did say is it alright if one of my friends stay in the house now and again because I’ve got my own house just up the road so I’ll be wanting to stay between the two when I do improvements to the other I’ll stay in this one but in the meantime, I’d like to let it to a friend is that okay and they said yeah, no problem.
Obviously, I failed to mention I’ve got 5000 friends 😅

How much to buy a place like that?
@@Iron_Lion_Of_Zion it can range quite fit depending on location this one’s perfect as it’s on the main road I would happily pay €100,000 for that property the land should cost €30,000 per 1000 meter with good quality paperwork to build a house should cost €40,000 and I believe this plot around 2000 m² bringing me to €100,000
If you happy to have reasonable paperwork for the land and build a reasonable house, you could do it for half this price just off the beaten path a little bit
I want to live there, but it's too damn hard to get long-term visa. For me it is anyway.. I don't know how to get the shit you need from the landlord inviting you (I guess you would do that) And about the the regular deposits in an established bank account .. . I've played the tape through in my head trying to get all that shit. And my embassy in is no help whatsoever, they won't answer questions.. so I've given up. Fuck. It's protected for now for you guys who are a lot more seasoned than me. I'm doomed to the minor-league.
Yeah right. Illegal stay. We all know that. Theres No legal Visa Extension beyond 90 days.

@ Wao. I did not know that, thank you.. the official rules I'm getting says after 60 days you can get one extension of 30 days. That's it. I got no problem paying for extensions but look like it officially allowed.. i'll have to look into this. If there's anything else you can say, I would appreciate it..🙏🏼 also I'll email, case you know of a rental. Keep it up, love your content.!
