About your video yesterday going over things that irritate you a gripe i commonly see is ppl that buy vinyl just to "collect" and not play them tons of ppl bitch about that. Thats a huge one. there was article that said up to 50% of ppl that buy vinyl dont own a record player and honestly i dont get the hate.. i play all my records but theres a large percentage of folks out there that collect records just to collect. Same with cds. Some ppl just want to have a physical collection of the music they enjoy. Some folks collect cards and dont play with them, some old folks collect spoons and don't eat with them, you dont necessarily HAVE to use the things you collect let ppl buy what they want and do with those items how they wish to
"We're a bunch of fucking nerds!" You're not wrong. LOL. I've been collecting vinyl for almost 45 years now and I effing LOVE colored records. Or "records of color," if some prefer. So what? None of that takes away from our passion for metal or somehow tarnishes our "cred." As always, love your channel. You constantly introduce me to new bands and albums.
All power to you, do what works for you, frankly elitists calling out people for doing something they are passionate about is sad, pathetic and utterly childish
Didn't hear about the Tapping the Vein reissue! One thing I also wanted to mention from your previous video was on the high cost of reissues. Unless I'm wrong, a lot of the pricing of media has to do with how much the band wants to make in profit. It's not always just the greed of the label, it often has to do with how big of a cut the artist/band wants according to the terms of the contract.
Abigor are top ten for me. I presume if you buy Opus IV and Supreme Immortal Art then you'll complete that spine art, as it is probably for the original 90s Hornix studio stuff. Also I love how angry you got towards the end lol
Imagine calling someone a poseur for not only collecting OG pressings. Outlandish.
I totally agree with you I get excited 2 see other people's collections it's awsome&also a way 2 find new music. Hails
You collect what you collect, who cares what trolls think, none of their business. Keep on being you mate.

Anything that pisses off Lars makes my heart warm.

I live in the UK and don't buy from USA very often for the same reasons
If it wasnt for the vinyl trend. records wouldnt be popular at all. The vinyl trend sucks but Im grateful for it at the same time.

The Running Wild reissues showed up through Amazon so I’m sure the Sodom ones will as well
The single for the putridarium full length is epic and the two singles fir the new molder are sick as well
I've been buying from every format lately, but I think I might have to focus on 7" eps for vinyl. it's too expensive of a hobby for me these days
Bolt Thrower 🤘🏼
I turned off the new father befouled ep to watch this
