Please state the measurements in grams, everyone doesn't have measurement cups.

Everyone doesn't have kitchen scales either. It's easier to have a volumetric measurement. Try the ratio of Rice:sooji:maida :: 2:1:1
Basically using the same teacup/small bowl, use rice twice the amount of maida/sooji.
