U Dutch are awesome 😎 love your style your uniform stands out thanks for showing us and u are one of my fave countries in the Worldu compete in everything.U did extremely well at the Olympics getting alot of Medals finishing top 10 u in the Cycling fantastic aswell.U should be proud in a way finishing 4th in the World at the Mix Relay we get plenty of fourths it suxs abit on that missing a podium great Olympics tho for all Tokyo 2020 as it went ahead despite what we have to see and deal in the last year or so

Tip om af te koelen steek je benen en handen in koud water .. help veel beter als je hoofd af te koelen je kan een natte handdoek om je hoofd doen als je buiten bent ik leeft reeds 12 jaar in japan Chiba ,, ik werk veel in de tuin tijdens top hitte .. De tijd dat jullie moten sporten is echt een verkeerde tijd van het jaar op school worden het buiten sport nu verboden , wees voorzichting !! ik heb een huis redelijk dicht bij het surfing event in chiba Dus mijn farm is dicht bij de zee ongeveer 20 min met de auto en 1 uur van het surf event en dan hebben we ook nog een appartement in chiba minato (chiba Haven) al julie tijd hebben is mij advice ga de bergen in .. niet fuijsan maar gewoon de noord of zuiden alpen (japan) deze bergen zijn makkelijk te bewandelen en het is lekker koel !!

オリンピック村に関して称賛ではないですが、普通に満足して楽しんでる様子です。ベッドに関しては、はっきりと悪くないと言ってます。ジャンプしても全然動かないし、昨日はよく寝れて自分には悪くなかったよと。
後に出てくる選手はまだ千葉のホテルにいて月曜にオリンピック村に移ると言ってました。セブンイレブンからお菓子などの差し入れが選手にあったようですね。
最初の選手は男女混合のリレーには出れなかったけど、他の種目に出ると話してました。
