Do I have the timing right? You're 37 years old now, you started Biorower in 2000 - you were 17 years old when you started building Biorower prototypes?
mostly folks who row an erg and are not a member of a coached team tend to do what they think will produce force. this sport is not intuitive. I found a great cue to be thinking about your butt as the point of an arrow and leading the catch by pushing your legs so as to push the arrowhead backwards. It doesn't mean to entirely push until your legs are straight as in the coaching tips legs, hips, arms, but it gets your body and mind thinking about the same thing.
Great tips😊
Thank you so much. Your videos are really helping 👍🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Can you do an analysis of the greek women's U23 pair?
I’ve been putting my bum at the front of the seat for a few months now and I feel my core every session 👌🏻

and also I might ad that the catch should not be 100 percent but gradual.
