Hi. I’m so glad I found your page on UA-cam. I’ve worked as a secretary and EA for some top companies for 5 years. Then I relocated to another country but I currently work as a receptionist at a hotel since 1 year. I’d love to restart my career as EA again but I’m feeling a bit “out of the loop”. I’ve been functioning on a “hospitality” rhythm which is completely different from the EA environment. What’s the best way to reconnect and regrow EA instincts?

I love this. Although when I categorize them, there is no archive button at the top to send them to their appropriate inbox. There is a refresh button but it keeps them all on the left side and the right side. Thanks again! I hope I can figure out how to clear the right side of the screen

No unfortunately Outlook doesn't have this functionality. It's frustrating.
