This by far is the second best personality test I have seen. Most tests only look a behavior. This one is much closer to psychoanalysis. Brushfires ministry helps you find your God-given design and takes it a little deeper than this test.

I don't need the test to tell me that I'm the innovator, builders often get irritated when we inform them of a better way. They usually don't want to hear it, they just do it.. that's probably because they've run into incompetent innovators before, and It's easier to agree with a mirror anyway. (If it aint broke, don't fix it.)

We're just a couple years behind the rest of the US in terms of "wokeness". It gets worse all the time. We don't currently have illegals flooding the border (that I'm aware of), but the crime rates are quickly climbing into the realm of stupid along with food and fuel prices. If you can afford to disappear, good for you, but the rest of the state is following what's going on in the lower 48. That being said, if more conservative minded people wanted to move here, I wouldn't complain.

My concern with personality tests and assessments like this is that they quickly become shortcuts past real relationships, pigeon-holing people, and the deep, deep connection to the new age. Its hard to move quickly and streamline organizations, but I really think like Adam says, "what you dont know about your teammate limits your success" and what you assume about your teammates limits your success as well.

The CVI shows what the person said they value most. It's not really a personality test, more like a values test. And the 4 types are more of universal roles that exist everywhere.
For this reason I think the only tests we need are the CVI test (ideals and roles) and the Big Five personality test (only data driven personality test with predictive power) which shows you who you believe you are.
Intuition is important as well, which is why we ought to look at these as what you say and believe about yourself, not what you really are. Learning about them can help you ask good questions to learn more.

There are a lot of variables with these generalities and capabilities and limitations. All of them take energy. Energy management is huge. Humility and respect is absolutely needed. All good comes from God. That addreses Humility. Freedom addresses the respect. Team building is tricky. The best teams aren't managed as much as they're all capable of being leader or follower as needed and smoothly shift back and forth as needed together towards the common goal.... by my experiences and observations. Doesn't work that way very often, but when it does, it's a beautiful thing to see and experience. Takes a lot of working together through multiple difficult tasks. Difficult to get civilians to do that voluntarily, but sports teams do it. Make the work into a game helps a lot. There's my unasked for thoughts on the subject. Lots to unpack there. Good test if you're actively recruiting and building a team. I would enjoy watching some of my friends trying to talk their families and friends into taking such a test and then getting them to try to fulfill their natural niche. With some folks and families it's like herding cats. 😂

As someone that has worked in a 1099 corporate environment most of my life, and have taken many “personality tests” I can tell you that the way they are administered are very faulty for many many reasons. Personalities cannot be tested in 1-2 hours. They are completely bogus. They are also easy to manipulate. This also screams, putting Individuals in a box. As you can tell I have a lot of problems with these personality tests. When there are soooo many exceptions to “rules” they are no longer rules.

Having been subjected to a number of different tests in my corporate career over the years, I see little - if any - differences. But always a good exercise if individuals and teams are interested in learning more about themselves.

I just took the free test. I think there is something wrong with the way it's conducted. Many of the answers I wanted to select all or three of. But it only allows you to select two. Many are of equal value to me or I work with more then two all the time. Limiting you to two seems like it forces you out of a possible category and into another. I have strong builder qualities based on the video but it didn't even list that in the results. I'm a little skeptical of the validity of the free test

Personality tests often paint with super broad brushes, which is why people often relate to multiple results. People also feel somewhat different on different days, and will get different categories. Some of them even arise from pegan philosophy and religion. I can take a test and pigeonhole myself and make excuses for my flaws, or I can work to generally improve myself according to the word of God, and do my best to live in peace with all men (human race).

Butler County, OH Sheriff just told his jurisdiction that 30 individuals will be trained to protect their fellow citizens.
I assume these are not active LEO’s. “Regular civilians” who are interested in saving our American way.
I think more Sheriffs should deputize trained civilians in basic law enforcement and a suspects rights. We don’t need our judicial system clogged with frivolous lawsuits.
    Like the idea.
