Man I was rooting so hard for KVD to win on his last BPT tournament. He was always the 🐐 growing up and I was introduced to SK because of his lures as a kid and reading BASS mags and when it was on ESPN. He has done do much for the sport of fishing, humanity, and honestly I teared up hearing his post tournament interview.
Watching him smash them at Chick cranking was one of the highlights of MLF. It was so cool to see him win the way he fishes. Thank you Kevin for your sacrifices and to your family's sacrifices sharing him with the world.

I can't stand the BPT ownership or really anything other than the catch weigh release for that matter. The owners are corrupt and allow the guys to cheat until it's caught on camera and the fans have a come apart. Then they only punish 1 guy, well slap his wrist. If you get caught cheating you shouldn't fish anymore that year and if ever caught again it should be a lifetime ban
I'm with you, b.a.s.s is number one, love the anglers at mlf, but not only should the anglers be punished, but so shouldn't the officials, I mean if you don't see a fish caught in the mouth it don't count, what they hiding when they in passenger seat playing with the fish for 2 min, why isn't the ref watching closely,

And I know people will point to poche and the way he cheated but he violated a rule, not illegally caught fish
I love to bass fish but I hate watching bass fisherman stare at a Live Scope .
It's even less fun to be the co-angler on their boat when they spend more time looking at a screen than actually fishing. I was with someone on Oneida that wouldn't cast a line unless he saw a bass "worth catching". Not my favorite tournament partner.
