(ingredients) 👇
For the kabab mixture:
850 grams keema
1 tbsp chat masala
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
1 bread slice
for the frying kabab
oil 3-4 tbsp
fry each side for 2-3 minutes
gravy:
3 medium onions
8-10 green chillies
10-12 garlic cloves and ginger
10-15 cashew
4-5 tbsp oil
6-7 green cardamom
2 cinnamon stick
1 mace
200 curd
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp chat masala
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
6 tbsp cream or (malai)
1 tbsp kasoori methi
Salt to taste
