The thing about the spring is that it's an obstacle just as much as it's a boost. When viewed as a power-up, it makes sense for someone to get disappointed, since it just makes the game harder, even if the challenge it presents is a fun one.

1:36 A lot of folks don't know that the Ice Flower actually comes from Partners in Time in the games first.
I really wanna see a game where Wario would someday experiment with these power-ups. He will have a completely DIFFERENT moveset and usage than Mario.
He did use Mario's power ups in his debut game, Mario land 2.

1:02 I really loved this power up while playing this game, but I think that the rebound of the shell was a little terrible. It actually did help out with completing the game with some time and skill.

@@GengarFan1997 my first animation was a pencil test, and it took 2 hours. It’s also only 2 seconds long so something like this might take a full day, maybe a little less.
