Actually if you switch where the players were picked it doesn't look so bad. Tyler Smith was linked as a possibility for the Bucks at 23 before the draft. I think these picks are meant as developmental picks for the bench of tomorrow and Taurean Prince & Delon Wright are meant for now. If the Bucks can get one more decent role player - and there are like 3-4 worth getting right now - it's a win in the short term. Of course Horst doesn't have a good history of drafting, so odds aren't good there.
You do realize that the late round picks, mostly play little , and many go back and forth to the G- league. You clearly don't don't understand basketball.

Not a bad pick at all. Sure there's small risk but a good chance of being an incredible pick. There wasn't much on the table anyway.
