I love the white one, i cannot decide between the df64 or the df83.😅 decisions,decisions.
The added space in the upper burr part is really bad, a lot of ground accumulates there and it is also making the alignment much harder.
Nice video. What would you suggest to use instead of lubricant to place the shims? Would a bit of oil work?

If my burr have used for a while and were misaligned, do you suggest to change them ?
You can just re-align those. There is no need to change them.
