Evilwave was doing upbeat dubstep, and completely changed to deathstep after UMD without starting from scratch. I've never liked the 0 random phase effect. It just ruins the uniqueness of any wave. It's that "Serum effect" Knife Party complained about. Even the Serum user manual written by Duda says something like not to put the random all the way to 0 because it will produce "an obnoxious phasing effect" 😂 .. Seriously check the manual
