@@krislyons2793 I don't know the commenter, but it seems more an observation of a relatively unique circumstance within the entertainment industry, as opposed to obsession.
Not saying she has but if cosmetic treatments or plastic surgery is done right it should look natural and not like you have had work done.

Silence of the Lambs is my absolute favorite movie. I have watched it many times and always see something different each time. She played so well against Anthony Hopkins. She deserves many accolades.

I've watched all of Jodie Foster's interviews on various talk shows this week and last week, and this was by far the most interesting interview.
Right? I was thinking the whole time what great questions Kelly asked. She’s a great interviewer (when she isn’t interrupt the answer to one of her great questions that i really want to hear).
In one of the comment sections for those other shows I mentioned that Jodies character had some unlikeable traits and someone questioned this. I feel vindicated hearing her confirm her character is a bit of a "Karen" and a jerk.
Yes, Kelly's gotten really good at this, hasn't she?! That's great. And Jodie is, well, Jodie--one of a kind--brilliant--and now more fun and relaxed... :)
Just watched The Silence of the Lambs again yesterday. Simply the best. Great then, great now.

She is fantastic. 😊 The story builds on the hunt for another serial killer, Buffalo Bill. Hopkins in jail essentially plays head games yet mentors her in his twisted mind.
As a really little girl, she came across as this tough little character who was killer cute. She was magnetic to us. We loved little Jodie!! She's got quite a history.

I remember watching The Accused for the first time back in 1988. That movie and Jodie's performance has stuck with me all these years. She's fantastic in any role she takes on.

I've loved Jodie since the original Freaky Friday. I'm now watching her on True Detective, and she's still delivering complex, compelling performances. Her name doesn’t come up often enough when talking about the greatest actresses of all time
She was in a film called The Little Girl Who Lived Down the Lane before Freaky Friday. I highly suggest giving it a watch if you haven't seen it before. Really good film.

I have always admired Jodie for being so good at her craft and handling celebrity in a gracious way. Kelly has come so far with this show, her guests seem more relaxed than other shows/interviews as Kelly is warm, gracious and funny.

I’ve seen so many of her films. And I’ve loved her in every single of them. Loved that she said her character in Contact was the closest to who she is. Loved that film. And loved her in other films like Maverick to Panic Room. She’s made so many great ones.

In the movie, 'Nyad', Jodie Foster was just awesome. Really reccommend this film. Her lion story on this show was epic.
I absolutely love "Stealing Home", her role in that movie was amazing. It wasn't the lead character but it centered around her through Mark Harmons character who was the main character of the movie.

I love her thoughts on aging...and I don't think it only applies to woman. As a man, my 50's were not great for many of the same reasons...it's like we're just not mentally prepared for aging. We're trying to keep up with our younger selves and in many ways fail and get down on ourselves. Then in your 60's the light bulb goes off...."huh, I'm getting older and just can't do the same things the same way..." and you accept it....and actually, start not really giving a heck of a lot about it and start just embracing life ('cause you also get that you don't have a whole heck of a lot of time left!).
I love hearing this because I am in my mid-50's and not having a great time with it. Looking forward to feeling more comfortable in my own skin again. Thanks! 🥰
