Courtilly is a genius. She was executioner and knew she couldnt get rid of steve as an executioner since he claimed sheriff, so went and made him suicide to take his role Lol.
Her game sense is amazing. Just like in a previous game when she tried to kill a shielded person, realised she couldn’t, then went to camp button to kill the medic.
she did get him executed after all...just not in the traditional sense :P

@@enigmaticoriginshe's on Kara's level when it comes to game theory but I've noticed she's a lot less aggressive as a killer which lets her fly under the radar a lot

I still love how sheriff is not really the thinking mans role, relying a lot more on being unhinged and just pulling the trigger when someone makes you suspicious of them
To be fair, Steve has a point saying bad roles go to admin randomly early on
@@TheDailyEggI mean hes right. There are so many task around dropship and on the way to office, why would you instantly go office. After a meeting you are there anyway for the task. How many crews do you see go down there in their stream? I havent seen anyone besides ellum, when hes Transporter or something, tho hes special lol
There is just such an high chance that its a bad role down there, that the shot is worth it

The problem with Steve’s logic is that crew might go down there to use admin or vitals and if people who go to office are evil so often, then crew isn’t making use of that information enough
@@jmagicd9831 it’s pretty difficult to use admin or vitals round one without getting killed there, so crew is discouraged from doing it. Better maybe to use cams.
What a great game. Title didn’t even do it justice. Sheriff shot. Wrong guesser death. Correct Vigi guess. My personal favorite was Courtilly looking for Steve with the absolute knowledge he would shoot anyone he saw to steal his role. Chef’s kiss. 😂😂😂
What Court did was so smart. She went from a 0% of winning as Executioner to winning as crew. And her play prevented her from being stuck with Amnesiac (which would have been likely given how few bodies there were this game).
@@swatson5699 Totally agree. I love what amnesiac does to the game, because if a killer goes down early, it might bring one back, but if killers kill a bunch of crew, it can even those odds too. That being said, I’ve seen so many videos where someone is Amnesiac and every body either gets quickly reported or hidden by bodies and it can be frustrating to play as.
Here, she knew a way to get a body all to herself. My favorite part, though, is that she knows Steve is so aggressive as Sheriff, she doesn’t even have to do anything sus. Love my man Steve, but he is so predictable. 😂
Courtilly's role collection was so smooth and smart like you have to respect it

Happy to be proven wrong, but I think this is the only Morning Lobby game in modded where none of the 3 evil killing roles managed to get a single kill.
I think sheriff steve has another ace like that. But maybe there was 1 kill by bad guys, or maybe not?

To be fair Steve had great reason to sus Skadj, not for being in office but for being in valley of death when they got transported
he actually was transported with Janet, who was in that valley. So he had sus on both of them! haha

Mayor was changed. Instead of being able to save up votes it's now a role that you can reveal to the other people in game after that it makes your votes and skips count for 3 people and not one. It works like snitch in the fact that it can't be guessed but they can still be killed.
Mayor got changed so that the mayor can choose to reveal themselves, automatically giving them 3 votes every round and proving their innocence to everyone else. That way, they don't have to abstain every round and can just play normal crew until they choose to reveal.

to be honest, mixture of things:
- just got back from europe trip (which was awesome by the way)
- bit of burn out still
- got a few other things on my plate.

Executioner is a Neutral that cannot kill, so no, not really.

It's a toggle in options. You can set the Sheriff they can kill almost everyone (except obvious crew roles). This includes like Jesters, Executioners, all kind of killers (impos and neutral), Lawyers maybe, Spy, even like Amnesiac or something can't really remember but yeah. There was a situation in the Morning lobby where Hafu stated she was Sheriff and would have survived on basically almost anyone if she just started randomly shooting. It kinda makes game unbalanced that way... IMHO it has additional weight when setting is turned on that kills BOTH innocent player and Sheriff if they misfire (that way you really need to restrain yourself as a Sheriff in late game especially). :)

Because the mayor can reveal themselves, which makes them unable to be assassinated but they have a maximum of three votes instead of being able to save up votes for one massive dump. I think it's a new update to the role to make it more like how it works in Town of Salem

Wild stab here, does anyone remember or have the clip where Steve says something along the lines of "I know what I want" in response to his character or something doing something like following someone? I can't remember the context only the line and that it went over everyone's heads. I think Dumbdog was involved and it may or may not have been Amongus.

It’s a Gumi thing, it annoys me too but it wouldn’t be Gumi if she didn’t. Her voice changes are wack imo too but she’s still kinda funny

idk? same reason any other random guest hasn't been back? Hafu pretty much just invites people from her group of friends and/or people from Junk's lobby when there's room. Hafu's group would be DK, 5up, Steve, Janet, Kimi, Dumbdog, Ellum, Koji, Ovilee, Scott, Talia, and Gumi. Junk's group would be Junk, Ze, Courtilly, Kara, Skadj (most of them used to play in the Morning Lobby back in the day, but they weren't regulars and play much more with Junk and Chilled). Random guests would be people that Hafu or someone else in the group knows but they're not really part of either group like Peter, Annie, Kris, Edison, Sykkuno, Pokimane, etc.
Annie's been busy playing Diablo IV and Final Fantasy XVI, and I think some other MMO before that (was it WoW?)
I'm sure if she wanted to play, they can make room for her since they usually don't have a full 13.
It's very easy to forget that for a lot of the Hafu lobby guests Among Us isn't their main game, even if they may be associated with it most of the time. We just get used to seeing them so we miss 'em when they're gone. 😁😁

I kinda agree. I feel it would have worked better with some super quick cuts. Like: taking 2 steps in office -> bam, killed by steve, next, taking 2 steps in office -> bam killed by steve, next, taking 2 steps in office -> bam, killed by steve.
