How do you use your Mudrock? Also, let me know what you liked and didn't like about this video so that I can improve all the upcoming operator showcases!
I usualy use Mudrock as a solo-laner, because of her self-healing and ability to deal with groups of enemies. Haven't actualy used her s3 but I am going to consider it in the future.
I have her M6 I didn't know too much how to using her S3 at first but it's definetely good, thanks for the tip like the specter sandwich and facing this is really usefull and looks fun
I got Mudrock early on, before I even met her in the sidestories, so I had no idea about what she's been doing while I was building her. I just thought her voice was cute, and I knew she was useful for ep10, but she performed better than I expected- having her gave me a lot of breathing room in that part of the main story. Nowadays she never leaves my team (except when non-fire elemental dmg is happening and I need my Mulberry). If Nearl didn't exist, she would be my ultimate waifu.
Back in the days when I started playing AK I really abused the Mudrock S2 and Blemishine synergy to the point I got an earworm from Mudrock's skill SFX Also a correction, you only need E1 for Blemishine to unlock the "Sword and Shield" talent no need to E2
For any newer players that might be really struggling with resources, you could start by upping S2 to M1 and leave it there for a while until you're in a better situation. M1 gives you a little more damage, stun duration and reduces the SP cost by 1, wich is already pretty huge.
Excellent video! I was waiting for your more tutorial-like videos. The only critique I have is that you don't really explain _why_ Skadi Alter and such can heal Mudrock. A new player may be confused, since they don't know that Juggernauts simply cannot be _targeted_ by healing, whereas indirect healing, such as with a Bard's trait, Perfumer's/Angelina's talent, or Blemishine's S2, bypasses this targeting restriction and affects Mudrock normally.
@@cheekywombat9208 hmm, the only example I can think of is whisperain's talent. Normally, she can give non-green number healing to allies within range (like perfumer, skalter etc) _but she gives it only to units with status resistance._ Usually, status resistance is acquired by being healed by a therapist medic. Since mudrock can't be healed by _any_ medic normally, she can't get the status resistance, and hence can't get the passive healing that normally works for her. pretty interesting caveat
@@otaku-chan4888 Except Ceylon can still grant it to Mudrock through her S2, as she gives Status Resistance to _everyone in range!_ So, no, Whisperain can, in fact, heal Mudrock, if only briefly.

Great video, I learned the what, how and why of Mudrock and some synergies with other operators too (was realy nice). I love seeing more of this style of content, and I'm definitely gonna tune in for new ones.

Like it was said in the video, Mudrock was also used as a place and forget in CC10 to hold the left side alone and just focus on dealing with manfred (until the cannon decided to strike when mudrock's shields were all down :) ). Her usability on S2 is very much like Mountain, but without the ability to be healed, unlike Mountain in that case.
Many thanks for featuring one of my favorite operators. I learned a few things from the video. Also i liked the format, straighforward to the different aspect of the operator and synergies. Eager to see the following operators showcase
Thanks for the video .. this video really informative im looking forward to see other "unique" operator so i can use every operator potential to the fullest in the stage
As someone who's been using Mudrock on S2 for quite a long time, I never noticed her S3 is so cyclable. With a skill like that I thought it'd cost at least 40sp or something
Mudrock s2 is so damn powerful. Before modules I would make my 6* E2L30 with S7, maybe M1 if it was a big upgrade. Once I got this to all my 6*, and the 5* I liked, I went to E2L90 M3 the most broken operators. This made Mudrock one of my first E2L90 M3 operators, on S2. She survived everything the game threw at her, and she did high DPH that turned high defence enemies into a joke, which is what most physical operators back then could only dream of. Edit: I should clarify more that there were operators with similar or higher DPH than Mudrock at the time, but these would not be able to block, they would be squishy, be incredibly niche or simply still didn't quite pack the same punch.
I just wached this video for the hell of it since I've already gotten mudrock on her 1st banner, Accidentally got her in a single pull after watching doe so pot 1 it is. May the gacha gods bless u all with this video as well ggs
another interesting and not obvious paring with mudrock is warfarin, with warfarin's talent it can restore sp to mudrock for more spins. although enemies killed while spinning doesn't restore sp since mudrock's skill is technically still up. could be useful for m1s2 mudrocks
She was one of my first 6*, and she's probably my #1 Operator in usage and reliability. She's also incredibly easy to use (set it and forget it), bringing max value at min effort. Would 100% recommend.
My squad isn't complete without her, I've been dying to get her and Surtr ever since i started AK. God what a game changer when it comes to lane holding
If you really want to heal Murdrock just build Sora. Her S1 can heal quite a lot while hitting a pause button. Mine's E250s3m3 and i almost never use her for healing but it's the best healer i think for anyone that can't be healed by normal means.
NL-8 has been giving me a lot of trouble Mudrock helps with that trouble. My Mud can’t do it on her own(right now) but combining her with Blaze on the left side is great
Personally as a new player ( started like 6 weeks ago ) I was looking forward to Penance. Both of the are of the same archetype and I was wondering how they kinda compare to each other and if one of them might be better for a fresh acc like mine
timely video cause after about 2 years of playing, i finally got mudrock in a single 10pull 😭 not to mention i got 4 other new ops in that pull, and a nightingale in recruitment shortly after. I hope i still have some luck left for penance and texalter tho lol.
Nice video. If there is one thing i complain, it would be the lack explanation of how to use her S3. Mudrock become invulnurable by letting the enemies pass, so newbie may suffer by not knowing the timing to use this skill properly. For example, for normal speed enemies, use it when they are two tiles ahead, etc.

My only issue with this video is the use of "Ranks" on enemy stat screens like B and etc The issue is that those ranks are highly inconsistent and can be hurtful to base your operators on so i dont reccomend bringing them as consistent sources
I’m really suffering from the grind heavy gameplay of arknights cause damn it’s so easy to just overspend your LMD and battle record.
