Thank you for the vlogs 👍 , soothing Background score and very comforting! Your vlogs are way more professional than many others, not sure why UA-cam didn't suggest it earlier.
For more fiber, Debittered FenuGreek flakes (as a bonus has about 30% protein and has antimicrobial properties too ) or Psyllium Husk would be more reliable.
By the way, could you please share those other videos taken off for rebranding.. (it is understood they are meant for better positioning, however for those of us who are beyond pick-and-choose stage for your channel content, they will do in current form parallelly)
