My uncle (best friend and very close person) just died a few days ago, dying of cancer in such young age. Just three weeks prior his father whom he had a good relationship with, had died too. My uncle lived in downtown Amsterdam in a beautiful patio and I always used to visit him around New Years eve. Since the flight tickets would be so expensive, I'd always book the flight on 31st dec, so I could always see the fireworks from the airplane. And whenever he would visit, he'd always carry a nice leather bag just like in this video. Two days after the funeral, I discovered this song and it gave me so much strength seeing so many features (the leather bag, the fancy clothes he wore for work, the boats that we always rode in Amsterdam, the calmness of the song, just like his personality. I was so devastated loosing two loving people but as we all did, we need to be strong and never forget our loved ones here. Very long message, but it felt good. Which you all a lovely day

i always listened to this song when i go for morning cycling across my rural paddy field neighborhood. The only one thing that i always imagined back then at the moment was about my cat :)) i really wish to bring him with me, taking the fresh morning air alongside the river while playing this song until we reached the paddy field area. He really loves nature, peace and breezy that kind of weather and things. I want him to enjoy the moment together with me. I want him to experience that. But i only have a mountain bike with no basket to sit him in. I dont have that much money either at the moment to buy a new one. At the end of the year, he left me forever. God loves him more :)))))) i am not supposed to cry so badly every time im listening to this song. Im sorry. But i just cant help it, remembering you is easy.
