Kind of laughed that off at the time. I mean they were all happy for opamps to be on IC at the time in their amps (eg Valvestate, not to mention ALL the pedals).
@@LonelyRocker I was saying the same to someone about a Warm Audio mic. They said "it doesnt sound the same!" I replied with "Treat it as its own thing and it sounds amazing!"
Because it was the first amp Marshall started using integrated circuits
