For an as yet unknown reason, for a number of iOS users, conditional call forwarding doesn't activate correctly even though your device reports that call forwarding settings were changed successfully. In this video Luke takes us through a solution.

My new phone forwards all calls to the other number. My last phone only forwarded the calls I declined. How do I get that back? I want some calls to go to this voicemail on phone 1 and sometimes I want them to go to phone 2. What can I do to fix this. Now all calls will ring phone 1 but then go to phone 2 and that voicemail. Help :(

If this doesn't solve your issue, either try another Android device and make sure you're following each step exactly, or you're most likely not experiencing the issue described above.

If you're getting that message it's likely because of one of the following reasons:
- Your phone provider doesn't allow you to change conditional call forwarding settings
- Your phone provider does not comply with global standard GSM MMI codes (in this case check their website to see what kinds of codes they use)
- This may be a device specific issue and you could check to see if that is the case by swapping your SIM card into another device and running the codes from there
- You did not have cell service at the time you ran the codes (cell service is required)
It does not mean your iPhone is hacked :)

If your phone is showing an error when you try to run MMI codes it may be a device issue but more likely is that your phone provider doesn't comply with GSM call forwarding standards. In that case you can try another device, or check your mobile service providers website for the codes that they use for call forwarding.
