Tekno just sold 100 kits in 10 minutes... One being mine...I Just HOPE they sent it to you for the review because they deserve the sales you will produce. I had an EB48 original and it was the toughest RC I have ever owned it was a complete beast.
I've the SCT410.3, awesome car! If had the cash I would buy the EB44.3 in a heartbeat. I have heard people call them Tankno, true in durability but not speed. They such a quality kit. As far as I know there is only one distribution in Australia and they are excellent to deal with(Coast to Coast, in Queensland). That's the only downside as an Australian, but I've never needed the support because of the quality. So no big deal, and even if I have to wait a week for a part, well so be it. Great review!
Well, mine is on its way!!! First 8th scale anything! Cant wait to start my build!!! Its one my favorite things to do other then actually driving it...
I notched the arms on my sct410.3 and removed the center and rear chassis brace and noticed it allowed a lot more flex. It makes the truck handle rough blown out tracks a lot better.
Nice Vid. I have the Tekno SCT 410.3 and love it. Have not raced it yet just practice at the track. Planning on getting the E-Buggy in the future. very solid cars from tekno.
Nice review bro! I just got that car a couple days ago. It’s gonna be a basher up here in AK. I think the achilles is definitely the front shock tower. Thanks again man🤙🏻
I love/hated your vid. The video was solid, excellent review and overall demo. Why did I hate it? Cause it makes me wanna go spend about $12-1500 and get back in the hobby! ha, nice work
Great review! There are some titanium turnbuckles on ebay! Just FYI! Have you tried running this buggy with the SMC 3600 4s? Saves you a ton of weight! Keep up the excellent work!
Hey I watch your videos a lot and really like them I loved koyosho vs tekno e-buggy and was wondering if you could compare rc8b3e with the eb48.4 or the truggies from both brands thanks just a thought
Hey jason, I've watched almost all of your videos and am trying to decide on a new 4wd buggy but can't make up my mind between all of the option. (ie tlr 22 4.0, AE B44.3, Xray xb4, HPI D413) Do you have any thoughts on this comparatively/ what do you run? Thanks
hey jason, i live out in michigan not to far from dirt burners and washtenaw rc raceway. my favorite class of truck is stadium i currently race a t4.1 factory team i would like to upgrade to a t5m but being only 14 its not easy to go out and buy one so if i were to go out and get one what mods should i get for it or is there a better truck out there?
I just built a SCT410.3 and it was the best kit I've ever built.. Tekno builds some nice kits.. Made me want this buggy for sure.. Just can't decide between this and the Associated..
the new b3e was really a let down, actually got rid of it in favor of my rc8.2e tekno eb48.3 blows the new associated out of the water on the first run
+ShortCourseWorld Sorry I couldn't contact you another way. Don't know how is all. My name is Will. I live literally down the street from RC Tracks of Las Vegas. Hope to see you here during the JBRL Nitro explosion event. Anyway I saw your review on the airtronics M12. I just noticed that Sanwa or Airtronics will be closing their doors. (I think I read it somewhere online). In any case, I was going to get that radio but it's been discontinued on towerhobbies.com. Do you suggest I still get that radio system or no? Plus the local hobby shops here are supporting Airtronics, Futaba and Spektrum radios. Is the M12 really being discontinued? I just want a radio system with telemetry, is and will be supported in the future and one that I can get good latency with where the receivers are not $100 or more. Please help.
+William Bower Jr. Will, The Airtronics name was discontinued being used - I believe it was some sort of affiliation with Hobby People. Sanwa will continue producing radios - as for the M12 being discontinued - it might be, just like the M11x was to make way for the M12. I'm sure Jason will comment on the M12
+The RCNetwork Thank you Rich. I've been watching your videos and Jason's for well over a year now since entering the Rc world. Always can count on you guys for honest opinions. What do you think about FlySky or Specrum systems. The seems to be a bit less pricey. Also please help me contact you guys without posting a public reply for things unrelated to the video.
new subscriber here and looking into getting back into racing again after 2 decades, ive always ran kyoshos years ago. ive noticed in all your vids you lean heavy towards kyosho it seems. would you recommend sticking with my guns "kyoshos" or are the mugens and teknos on the same level? i will mostly be 1/10 electric racing but want to get into 1/8 electric later this year.
+thecman26 the elctri-clutch has pretty much been forgotten. You can still find the kit in some areas, but I believe they discontinued it due to low sales.
Hello Jason! I just recently subscribed to your channel and so far loving the content. I wanted to ask you which current 1/8 E-buggy would recommend and why. Thanks and keep the reviews/videos coming!
Hey Jason! Just out of Curiosity, I know that you don't buy a car to review unless it's one that YOU want, but if someone were to buy a car and Electronics for said car would you be willing to unbox, build, and review it and then send it back to the owner after you are done?
+toymachine2020 tekno, All day. Buy the AE, and be prepared to start putting mugen parts in it to make it durable. I know of a few that has already, before the first pack was ran.
Kyosho, Mugen, Losi and Tekno are the true leaders in 8th scale. All 4 of them are innovative, designing their own cars differently and each are unique. Plus they are the fastest and consistent cars. Everyone else is imitating or copying them with cheap versions that still do not have the same speed or consistency. AE and X-ray should stick with 1/10 scale if all they plan to do is copy others or take from every brand. The only thing AE has is 2wd cars. They lost my respect due to terrible customer service and being weasely, not designing their own cars. But they got top racers winning races to trick shoppers that they make the greatest cars.
lol you are fun . Look the S workz e 35-3e or serpent srx8. Innovation and performance is realy well . They juste need pilots like ongaro or teyssman to be champion
Nothing but truth, this whole platform is rock solid and delivers.
Keep it up!

Awesome shirt. Yeah, the arms on the Tekno kits will always need to be reamed. They should call them Tankno. Great review.

Could you please make an updated video on what you take racing, what's in your toolbox and tire boxes?!

You mentioned aftermarket oils and fluids, which brand do you prefer?
MUGEN or AE
Jason, are you using a new camera? This video looks better than anything you've posted so far; it really looks great! Keep up the great work!

Yeah.. That's the way I'm leaning. Just always been an Associated fan..
the new b3e was really a let down, actually got rid of it in favor of my rc8.2e

Is there any losi reviews in this channel?
Hello! I enjoy watching your videos and was wondering if you can make a review for the durango DEX8.
Same I run the dex8 as well
Does it still have the option for the electri-clutch? it would then brake like a nitro.
+thecman26 the elctri-clutch has pretty much been forgotten. You can still find the kit in some areas, but I believe they discontinued it due to low sales.
01excursion73 ok, kinda sucks because it was a cool concept.
Can you please review eb48.4? Thanks
how do I get more steering on my eb48.3
Greatest shirt in the history of forever!
Hey btw could you review a schumacher 2wd/4wd buggy one day? thx.
I'm looking to be get a 1/8 next summer season, what would be the best one?
Rcboy2468 tekno eb48.3
What's your opinion on this vs the SL on an indoor track like OCRC?
Aaron Emery if your running 2S get the SL if running 4S get this
only 360p?
Heard the name Seth valdean? Runs Tekno and an amazing driver recently got 3rd in nats, runs at the local track
Does the 12 year old child inside of you giggle uncontrollably every time you do one of these reviews and get to point out the "D-bag"? lol
mine does
review the SL in both configs plz

+toymachine2020 TEKNO! I cant speak on the AE but i have the EB48.3 and love it. Haven't broke a thing on it. You wont regret buying this buggy.
joes04redrx8 I don't think so. Just checked my owners manual and It didn't say anything about mechanical option. I could be wrong though man.
+joes04redrx8 Low sales as it didn't really catch on. Don't really need it anyhow
16:45 thats the biggest track ive ever seen in my life! is that meant only for 1/8m
Bro. do that nitro HB car mang. summer time means nitro time.

+King Willie Stupid kids whose parents are idiots and don't know how to raise children right.
His ass should've been thrown out. That guy was too lenient
