@@nathanielgathing659 first, this is a public platform so if you post…I can respond! well if you are paying attention, you would clearly see the questioning from the DA and the defense is not the same. The DA is asking Woody to recall what he said in 2015 before playing the call or video….of course he wouldn’t remember if he said it was a lie and he made it up! The defense read the transcript, played the video or call and asked him to confirm what was read from the transcript was said…..very different, then they debunked what he confirmed. 🙄🙄

The defense lawyers broke down in a couple days what the state took weeks to TRY and do; and the State accomplished nothing. The Jury will likely remember what the defense got from Woody, but NOT what the State got from him.

I feel so bad that they PUNISHED Woody by not taking him to court, for coming forward and telling them he lied. He was young and desperate and dumb and they treated him like he wasnt a real person that they could do whatever to.
