I think I mentioned build-crafting too many times. Anyway, hope you enjoyed the video! I'm about to finish my Gordian Quest review script, which should be the last video that I record and edit away from home. Planning to (finally) do my Rogue Legacy 2 review after that when I have access to my desktop again.
Technically, the pachinko mechanic is not a RNG source. The devs have confirmed, that the engine is physically deterministic, so the same shot with the same peg position leads to the same results. It is just a very high skill ceiling. But of course the RNG in special peg placement an upgrade choices, events, etc. remains.
Yeah I wasn't sure how best to describe it. It's not technically RNG because it's fully deterministic, but imo it's RNG practically speaking because most players won't be able to predict past a couple of bounces. I probably should have emphasized that skill ceiling more though.
Another great review from your channel. Keep up the great work. I picked Peglin and Alina of the Arena up on early access and ive been impressed with both so far, but i typically wait for games to hit full release before picking them up. Glad i got this early access and youre spot on with the aoe damage being necessary to win.
Hey man, thanks for the video! I was eyeing this one, so good to see a review on it. Gonna add to my wishlist. I may recommend a quick update video on roboquest, the latest patch completely overhauled the game into a DOOMlite. Also when ToME? ;P
It's definitely a fun game, even if it's more niche. Yeah I saw that they just released a huge update for Roboquest (after some delays and reworks), but haven't had a chance to try it yet. Is it really not much of a roguelite anymore? The classic ToME reminder lol. I'll probably mention ToME in my year end roundup video but I'm not sure if I'll do a full length review. I'm always hesitant to review games like ToME without a huge amount of play time just because I know that I'm going to miss something important in the video. Same reason I haven't done a Noita video yet tbh.

Thanks! I've heard somebody else say good things about Alina of the Arena recently, so I need to add that to my wishlist.

Thanks for the video. Good video, as always.
The game looks like a really niche but fun one. Maybe I'll pick it up.
Thanks! Yeah definitely not for everyone, but as somebody who has always enjoyed the simple peggle gameplay, it executed on that idea well.
Just got it on my iphone for like $4, thanks for the review
Oh I didn't realize it was on mobile also! This does seem like it would be a great fit for phones.
Neither did I but I decided to check cuz with little Roguelikes and Roguelites like this, I love them on mobile cuz…um…🚽
Thanks for the video, eres de mis canales de rogue favorito!

I love your video but your voice is like nails against a chalk board if that chalk board was uranium-235
