I don't know what yamaha's designers think when they design pillion seat. Mt15, r15 and aerox all three have a beautiful engine but they lacks practicality due to bad pillion comfort. I can understand r15 is track focused but they should have given better pillion comfort in mt and aerox. Look Mai compromise nahi hua look enhance hua hai. Mast seat banaya hai aap ne.

Re bulu bhai... kya bolein...majaa aa gaya....ekdum aap ke jaisa seat banake diya hai and am floored...wat a craftsmanship wat a feel....gajab feel aa raha hai paisa vasoool....access mein karwaya....the team of workers at rao seat covers is top notch...poora engineering level hai....thanks a ton aap ko aap ne yeh bataya...mine is 2012 model ab j aake baithne mein mazaa aarahabhai....ek aur baat....riding posture and scooter bike handling also improved...gaadi handling mein majaa aata hai...thda sa thunderbird upright jaisa feel ho raha hai....must must mustt recommended...seats by rao seat covers
I also did the same thing for my vibey 110cc hero scooter. Now with more padding, it's much more comfy and I can take it out for 100km+ rides on weekends.
Bulu Bhai, you solved a big problem that existed in Aerox. I faced the same issues that you mentioned, while riding longer distances in my Aerox. First, it's suspension is stiff and second, it's seat is hard and thin. Yamaha has designed this machine for performance rather than comfort. Now, after watching your video, I'm thinking about doing the same modifications withy seat. Thank you and wishing you all the best 👍🏼
Yes sir now it is very very comfortable, even I felt the suspension has slightly become better after riding 600kms.

I am using that soft gel under my seat and honestly it doesn’t work well after 50kms. You start getting sore butts . Can you share the seat cushion you had got long time back in some video I had seen it. Was it of grand pit stop ?
Dada 1 baat bataiye, mujhe kisi ne bola tha ki gel seat nahi lagani chahiye kyuki dhoop mien gel kharab ho jata hai aur hard ho jata hai. Foam is always the best.

Thats because things I like may be u will not like n may be others will like something else.. so Manufacturers follow a standard process

how will you tour long on this bike its tank capicity is only 5.5 so any time you can fill only 3.5 liters max which will last for not more tham 100 km
I m carrying extra fuel, also I have ordered a 7.5 liters tank
