These pictures had to have been taken sometime around later 2001 - early 2002. I can tell since many pictures of the cab cars in this video still have the dice light pattern before they were fixed with the triangular light pattern a few years later. Also, many of the amtrak california cars have the original paint and faded letters before they were repainted.
