- Hi guys, I need to make a signatures for Gunther in order to make more projects for this Journal. I am showing you how to do an Elastic Binding. As a bonus a small treasure Haul !!

Oh wow!! My daughter would flip over that Audrey Hepburn tin. Her favorite movie is My Fair Lady. She has the Barbie dolls that were an Avon special as Audrey Hepburn's characters in that movie.

Wow you are quite a collector. Good thing junk Journal came into your life so you can find a way to use them and enjoy them. I have not done the elastic binding before but I have a journal I'm doing for myself that I think I will use it for just to try it out.
I think you would love miss paintalots mega flippy floppy. And I'm sure a lot of people would love to see your version of it.

Trekkie here, and laughed 'til I snorted when you showed the "Captain's Log". Just started watching the latest season (3) of Star Trek: Picard last nite. Your fave Seven of Nine (aka Annika ) plays prominently.
This season is in my opinion the best of the Picard series by far 😁

Gulliver’s Travels is the one story
I first heard ‘and Bobs your Uncle’ on this channel! While watching 101 Dalmatians with my grandchildren one of the characters said, and Bob’s your uncle’! That brought me right back here😊😊

I’m thinking that the wicker storage unit you got can be washed in a sink with warm water and soap(I would use shampoo). Put it outside to dry. I have done this with many wicker pieces. I’m so enjoying the signature papers you are choosing. Blessings from Canada 🇨🇦
I wash my wicker also. Dawn dish liquid and warm water after I vacuum it. Sometimes a dry paint brush will be enough to clean it before wash. Or a hair dryer.

Enjoying Gunter’s Journal so much ❤❤ If you like elastic binding you might like travelers journals. Could be fun. Also, so many of your beautiful papers feel like they would be perfect for a steampunk journal. Have you ever made one? I would love to see that. Your grungy style would be such a great match!

I think the story about the giant from the fairy tale book is Gulliver's travels. He's actually not a giant but is shipwrecked in a land with six inch people 😅 Happy Kings day!

Speaking of things that are green, (like my face from envy when you are going through all your old papers 🤢) in your folder with old bags you didn't want to give Gunther a small green bag because you only have 5 of them, but they were the exact right color for his journal! First time I heard the expression was from some Canadian snowbirds in Florida. Funny that it's used in the Netherlands.
It’s not a Dutch saying , but British and means something like “ it’s as simple as that” or “ there you go all done”
In the Netherlands we would say “ klaar is Kees” That would translate to : Kees ( a boys name) is finished”
