PSA! We are aware of copycats tried to use my work as their own. The fascia research community is very small. We all know each other. There is no 20 years old who are "expert" in fascia. You need to be careful when you choose who you work with. When you ran into problems you would be in trouble. - Наука та технологія
I am so thankful for this high quality research. I hope to keep learning more. Definitely will buy Dr. Robert Schleip's book.
How do you get rid of scar tissue in your ankle? I rolled my ankle, but I was already practicing 3 basic hft for months prior then I stopped for about 1-2 months and then I roll my ankle and the pain is effecting how I move.
I remember Thom Myers describing it like a gel dispersing on impact...I think of those foot inserts or a memory foam mattress? The tensile strength of fascia is like thousands of pounds I believe also so when it grabs to stabilize you have work to do to get it re-distributed.
*Coach please help* whenever I change direction like doing a body feint or step over (any dribble really) my knees really hurt. I don’t know if this is a fascia problem or because I’m growing. I am 12 years old and in the past months I grew a lot. Whatever is the problem please help.
Hi Coach my right foot has callus under second toe area but left foot doesn't. Right glute contracts better when doing towel curls. Left foot when i do towel curl the towel always scrunches up so i have to take my foot off and flatten the towel so maybe my toes are curling weirdly? Is it bad if the towel scrunches up weirdly on one leg but not the other?
👍
So it’s the tendon/fascia dominant athlete that is more efficient in power generation and not the fast twitch muscle athlete?
@@johntay3831 we maybe looking at the same thing. Myofascia Stiffness is ubiquitous
