@@dontmissthe_elevator 36..to me, age is a mentality. I don't subscribe to it. not in youthfulness, but at this moment I haven't felt this good physically since I was 19. I stopped riding bmx when I was 17 and started riding again a year or so ago. *the key* to staying nimble and fresh is a devil may care frame of mind and keeping busy with things that exercise your mind. even if it's trying to fix your broken with no clue what to do...just to see if you can. stay busy, seek, knowledge, drink chocolate milk.

@@davet2459 well, it’s telling what became of the guys who left. Bryan-whose leaving is really what ended the whole thing, even Chris admits how devastating that was-became a therapist with his own practice in San Francisco. Ted is a university professor. And Eben is a music producer in NYC and seems to be doing well with it.
The point is, they lived their lives. They became whatever they wanted to be, they weren’t hitched to this band whose peak was appearing on Conan O’Brien once when the slide had already begun. Those two records with this lineup mean everything to me, Stay What You Are literally stopped me from killing myself, but I can’t help but think that Chris spent decades clinging to something that was like an old flame.
