What a wonderful story & we're so pleased for her. People shouldn't underestimate your role in making her dream a reality. Someone with minimal knowledge of Italy but with that instinct to live the Italian dream could so easily have been overwhelmed but you steered her & gave her confidence. What a lovely property with great space, views and potential. Love that fireplace, the arched ceiling in the cantina, the balcony, the roof terrace.
