I have a number of favorite Rush songs. Mission is one of them. I've only seen Rush in concert 25 times starting in 1978. I got the pleasure of seeing this live. Thanks gang.

Oh there's just so much to choose from. Natural Science would be my vote right now, but tomorrow it may be an even split between No One At The Bridge and perhaps Anthem (you can never go wrong with Anthem).

I was wrong about the first movie it does say that dreams don't need to have motion, but I was correct about the second lyric; it does say "pride turns on the drive"
Wow! Truly prog poetry!! You guys just keep getting better. Your covers really accent the beauty of Rush's talents and Peart's poetic lyrics. I think you improve Rush (which as I write that as a Rush fan of over 40 years, it seems strange...but true). Perhaps a better way of saying it is, I hear Rush again fresh, for the first time. Bravo!!

Overall, I give it an 8. By missing 'spark' its more feel than actual.
The keyboard great. The guitar/bass are sincere. Vocals are mesmerizing.
The drums are more than impressive. She always enjoyed the moment. That is the 'Spark'.

Hey thanks for watching! I'm actually the bassist so I can't say for certain but I'm pretty sure the sound is off of his Korg keyboard. I'm sure he modified and customized it but it's from that keyboard. I can try and find out though!

Excellent cover except for the where the lyrics where incorrect "dreams need to have motion" what is incorrectly changed to"dreams don't need to have motion" and pride turns on the drive change to "pride turns from the drive"

I'd love a jazz, specially a Geddy jazz bass. Really dug the jazz basses I've played but there are other ones out there I'd like to get first like a Stingray. I hear you though, for songs like this it's a glorified thumb rest but it's just what I'm used to! Thanks for watching and commenting
@@smittybass Respect Bro! One of the American Geddy Basses would be a dream. I Play an American Precision and I wouldn't trade it for a jazz in a million years. I absolutely love it. I have played some 5 strings in the past though.I have also owned a few Jazz basses. I've settled on a good old 4 string precision. Leo Fender knew how to design a bass and a stingray is an amazing choice too. They are heavy though! You gotta wear that thing while you play it!
