Well, if I interpreted this correctly, from the engine standpoint, the position was already so bad that it didn't even matter what you lose - a queen or a bishop.

Play the french or the Caro and if you are brave enough the Sicilian (though I don't recommend the last).
@@Pt2136f You walk into their preparation, play on your grounds not on theirs is what I have learnt.
For example with d4 I never play d5 because they may go for a queens gambit or london or something else I dont know of so I play the Indian game going into the nimzo because I am more comfortable with that.
Though e4-e5 is perfect for many people its just not for me.

I mean, back in my elementary school days, we held a tournament between various elementary schools... I had to take 6 matches... I won 5 out of 6 with a scholar checkmate... Only one was capable enough to set the counter before i would think about it.. I won that one too with the two rooks. He was the only one challenging, the other 5 stood there as a bunch of lemons when we played lmao

Actually, in most cases you can really hard punish your opponent, if hi tries to scholar mate you. However, the are some interesting lines, when opponent doesn't really want to checkmate you. He just use it like opening with some interesting traps. There was couple strangers, who won against me, using this opening, even if I was defending myself correctly on the start of the game.

Just do the same thing and 80% you will still fork the king and rook and sometimes the fucking queen but if they defend the fork then just develop
my friends are usually quite bad at chess so using that method of checkmating is really easy to do 😂

@@brianlam5847 the only thing most of people know is how to defend and win if white blunders move 3 or 4. Not so easy to refute if played correctly.
@@datrois4043 developing the queen early is generally a bad way to play and against stronger opponents, youre going to find it hard to win.
Itll work on people who arent very good, but when you get to those higher rated players, youre going to constantly find yourself in disadvantageous positions.

There was a funny match I did before watching this where I didn't mean to do a scholar's mate, but my opponent blundered and I just took advantage of that

Whenever people try scholars mate, they can't play actual chess after dismantling their plan. It's like playing against nelson with no queen.
Not only they are losing tempo but these scholar maters are somehow very prone to blundering their queen... I guess it just fits their skill level

for me i'll go for Nh6, try to make them blunders the queen, take it, and then win by resignation
If opponent placing bishop on C4 or placing queen on H5 i always placing knight on F6
But you fall for it
0:22 here the best move is Nh6, g4, d6, g5, Bg4, but it's much better for white
Nh6 is a sub optimal move. A better one would be pawn to g6, which would kick the queen, and if the queen tries to fork, it would get captured by the knight.
