The whole reason why I can accept that Seth was out there was because he was one of Cody’s potential choices as the Royal Rumble winner and since Seth is World Heavyweight Champion, Seth being there was fine. He just wanted to know OFFICIALLY that if Cody is facing him at WrestleMania. That’s the whole reason why he was there. Now him confronting Roman and The Rock was just him being a baby face and sticking up for Cody (in my opinion). I don’t think he wants to be involved in that fiasco for real. Secondly, I think that it makes perfect sense that Cody didn’t OFFICIALLY pick Seth as his opponent for Mania cause this at least leads up properly to a potential Men’s Elimination Chamber Match for the Number One contender spot against Seth at WrestleMania for the World Title. I am so stoked with how the press conference went! Rhodes v Reigns v Rock is the best match, since it allows Cody to finish his story while making him a super over babyface, allows The Rock to not have to fight a singles' match and drop kickass promos as a heel, and also gives Reigns the excuse of not losing the championship in a 1v1 situation. This can be built upon with Reigns v Rock and Rhodes v Reigns in future PPVs. Furthermore, I genuinely prefer the Raw Main Event with Punk gone. McIntyre is on a roll and deserves to be in the main event with Seth. Those two will put up a banger of a match, which is bound to steal the show. I suspect that Damian Priest/Sami Zayn will be involved somehow. Sounds good tbh. I just want McIntyre to walk out as a champion. Great show incoming, hopes up!!

To respond to the three main 'points' you made in this video: 1) Cody sucks for not fighting back when The Rock slapped him - Sure, if you ignore the fact that he was immediately held back by Triple H and Nick Aldis. Do you really think babyface Cody should be knocking out a man with a pacemaker just so he can get up in Rock's face? Just because CM Punk said it doesn't make it a fact. And, getting outside of kayfabe, The Rock is over 50, roided up til Sunday, and hasn't had a real match in over a decade - those quads are holding on by a single thread. No way is he getting into any real physicality until Mania. 2) Cody allying with Rock and then immediately turning on him doesn't make sense - I'm hoping Cody cuts a promo tonight or on Monday to clear this up, but it seems obvious to me. Cody said last Friday that he wanted to take everything, including The Bloodline away from Roman, and The Rock convinced him that Rock v Roman was the way to do that. But then when the press conference happens, and Rock pulls out his family tree, shakes Roman's hand and demands the audience respects the bloodline, Cody realizes he's been had. Rock v Roman is about solidifying the Anoa'i Family's hold on the wrestling industry, not destroying it. Hence why Cody comes out at that moment, with no music, because within Kayfabe, he was meant to come out after Rock v Roman was solidified, so he could come out and choose Seth. 3) Seth looks like a bitch because Roman keeps burying him and his title - Sure, except for one thing: Seth is the one guy Roman has never been able to beat. Roman can talk all the shit he wants about Seth being the champion of the "Loser's Bracket", but Roman had to get himself DQ'd in their match for the Universal Title, because he knows he can't beat him. I do agree though that Seth hasn't done enough to hit back in recent weeks, he needs to remind people of this stuff. Also, if I were in charge of booking Mania, I would have Seth put the World Heavyweight Title up in a Ladder Match against Drew, Gunther, Sami, AJ, Orton, Bron Breakker, Dijak, the toughest guys across all brands, and have Seth go over, just to highlight that he is the real Number 1 Champ in the company.
There is the hint that they are totally on the way to fixing this and maybe they are just working us or something... But I still feel the rock is basically taking the -"Aight!, in Black Adam, I wanna defeat superman with one punch and Believe me!, that's gonna put some butts in seats"- angle

The whole reason why I can accept that Seth was out there was because he was one of Cody’s potential choices as the Royal Rumble winner and since Seth is World Heavyweight Champion, Seth being there was fine. He just wanted to know OFFICIALLY that if Cody is facing him at WrestleMania. That’s the whole reason why he was there. Now him confronting Roman and The Rock was just him being a baby face and sticking up for Cody (in my opinion). I don’t think he wants to be involved in that fiasco for real.
Secondly, I think that it makes perfect sense that Cody didn’t OFFICIALLY pick Seth as his opponent for Mania cause this at least leads up properly to a potential Men’s Elimination Chamber Match for the Number One contender spot against Seth at WrestleMania for the World Title. Possibly against Drew, Sami Zayn, or whoever potentially wins it doesn’t matter. It may or may not be the main event of Night 1 or 2, but I will say that Seth is losing his title at Mania.

Anyway there's so much they can do where it isn't a cornered booking situation. Or actually they could do a first time thing where night 1 both champs perform twice. I am so stoked with how the press conference went! Rhodes v Reigns v Rock is the best match, since it allows Cody to finish his story while making him a super over babyface, allows The Rock to not have to fight a singles' match and drop kickass promos as a heel, and also gives Reigns the excuse of not losing the championship in a 1v1 situation. This can be built upon with Reigns v Rock and Rhodes v Reigns in future PPVs.
Furthermore, I genuinely prefer the Raw Main Event with Punk gone. McIntyre is on a roll and deserves to be in the main event with Seth. Those two will put up a banger of a match, which is bound to steal the show. I suspect that Damian Priest/Sami Zayn will be involved somehow. Sounds good tbh. I just want McIntyre to walk out as a champion. Great show incoming, hopes up!!

To respond to the three main 'points' you made in this video:
1) Cody sucks for not fighting back when The Rock slapped him - Sure, if you ignore the fact that he was immediately held back by Triple H and Nick Aldis. Do you really think babyface Cody should be knocking out a man with a pacemaker just so he can get up in Rock's face? Just because CM Punk said it doesn't make it a fact. And, getting outside of kayfabe, The Rock is over 50, roided up til Sunday, and hasn't had a real match in over a decade - those quads are holding on by a single thread. No way is he getting into any real physicality until Mania.
2) Cody allying with Rock and then immediately turning on him doesn't make sense - I'm hoping Cody cuts a promo tonight or on Monday to clear this up, but it seems obvious to me. Cody said last Friday that he wanted to take everything, including The Bloodline away from Roman, and The Rock convinced him that Rock v Roman was the way to do that. But then when the press conference happens, and Rock pulls out his family tree, shakes Roman's hand and demands the audience respects the bloodline, Cody realizes he's been had. Rock v Roman is about solidifying the Anoa'i Family's hold on the wrestling industry, not destroying it. Hence why Cody comes out at that moment, with no music, because within Kayfabe, he was meant to come out after Rock v Roman was solidified, so he could come out and choose Seth.
3) Seth looks like a bitch because Roman keeps burying him and his title - Sure, except for one thing: Seth is the one guy Roman has never been able to beat. Roman can talk all the shit he wants about Seth being the champion of the "Loser's Bracket", but Roman had to get himself DQ'd in their match for the Universal Title, because he knows he can't beat him. I do agree though that Seth hasn't done enough to hit back in recent weeks, he needs to remind people of this stuff. Also, if I were in charge of booking Mania, I would have Seth put the World Heavyweight Title up in a Ladder Match against Drew, Gunther, Sami, AJ, Orton, Bron Breakker, Dijak, the toughest guys across all brands, and have Seth go over, just to highlight that he is the real Number 1 Champ in the company.
