I have listened to other piano concerto in C major composed around the same time which is almost the identical twin to this concerto.

Actually I think it's Zimerman conducting tho, right? They only performed the last 3 together and then after Bernstein died, Zimerman completed the set by recording the first two concertos, both playing the piano and conducting. It was released as a complete cycle.

Es ist ein mitreissendes Werk, insbesondere mit Krystof Zimmermann oder auch mit den beiden
Damen Buniatishvili (piano) und Marin Alsop (Drigat).
Die letzten 34 Takte der Largo sind besonders euphorisierend.

Growing up listening to Claudio Arrau recordings of Beethoven w/ Sir Colin Davis conducting - it's difficult to listen to anything else.
