Yeah it really is spectacular. Every visitor we've taken there when they sink their teeth into it they reflexively say, This is one of the best sandwiches I've ever tasted.

@@lyndonbaptiste Being I am in Toronto it's been a while. Even though it is available here, but definitely not Richard's. I have eaten at Richard's on numerous occasions and it is the best. By the way, have never had a shaloo pie, and look forward trying it when I visit TnT.
I have those same First Citizens posters in my kitchen of the Trini fruits and veggies.
I'm not a shark person. I usually order bake and cheese then load it up with every single veggie and sauce they have 😂

Asha's for me though, all the way. Their shark is VERY well seasoned and delicious on its own. Personally I find Richard's shark tastes fresh 🤢 We tried them again recently to see if that changed but we were disappointed that it hasn't.

I must say I was not at all with bake and shark at Maracus bay. Years we keep fetes at our house, and we sold bread and shark, it was always a hit, along with dalpery roti.l
What was the side dish Richard offered, when I visited 91 mustard and ketchup?

How sanitary is it for the customer to be eating the sweat from the person's mixing the doe with the flour up to their elbow, can one contract any disease transferred from the person that they may carry. Just being cautious.

It’s just as sanitary as the roti shops we buy patronize. They have to knead the dough. I never heard of anyone getting food poisoned from these places.
