Heard this about Joe eating at Waffle house last night, and was looking for a fork and knife. When I heard there was going to be a presidential debate, I questioned how Joe Biden could do that. Then I heard about the rules: 90 minutes long, no contact with supporters, no notes. How could Joe Biden survive that? Then I thought they were throwing Joe under the train. Why would his people do that to him? There is no other explanation.
