I do hope Fi and Ghirahim come back at some point, I know there's little hints to Fi in botw and tok with her sound effects and Zelda saying that the sword speaks to her but hints and references are one thing but I want an actual appearance and I for one thought the whole spending "ten thousand years of repairing the sword" would've been the best time to bring her back but oh well, at least she gets alluded to, poor Ghirahim doesn't even get that.

If something like this were to happen, I think getting an outfit similar to demise would be fitting along with it, being both a one handed & two-handed weapon.

While wearing the armor, it’s one handed, but is two handed, otherwise. The only outfit to benefit a singular weapon and the only one to have this affect.
