While we might think that is a good thing it's not really. Although it won't hurt the motor you would be wasting money on an oversized motor with the original purchase. And you will also be wasting electricity because your having to power a huge motor and to do very little work. An example. You don't need a semi-truck to pull a 12 foot camper... It will do the job but you will spend a lot more on a semi than a pickup truck and spend a lot more on diesel.
