Hello Sarge, the last Lucy song of the day, thank you so much for keep reacting to Lucy, this song "Listen " she was just 15 years old when she covered this song. I still can't believe Lucy was this good at this tender age & there are many more she sang at this age that are just as good, Lucy for me is a very special young lady, she has worked so hard at her craft of singing since she was 7 years of age, now look at her after all her hard work which has now paid off she is one of the best female singers in the world. & as you say she is only going to get better. Take care Sarge do have a break you need one. until the next one take care Barbara.
Thank you Barbara, I appreciate that. And yes, I do need to watch out for my health. It may seem odd that just sitting in a computer chair for hours causes problems, but without getting into the details, it does. I will try to be better at taking breaks. All my best.
Hi Sarge - This one is a classic - Young Lucy just going off here, showing her real technical abilities at a young age, (I believe she was 14). The energy and power she puts forth here while remaining crystal clear and annunciating every syllable at a rapid piece is really quite extraordinary!! Video published when she has just turned 15, but the containing album is from before that date. She looks like in other songs where she was 14.
