It was so much fun watching you react to this. How lucky is it for a group of friends make a career out of what they love to do best.
Oh I have said that before many times, so lucky. And good for them. They put in so much hard work, it is nice to be able to see them relaxing and having fun with stuff

This one is a lot of fun! They have said there were adult beverages involved. It was filmed in a studio, the same one that many of the early Superfruit music videos and PTX evolution videos were filmed in. They definitely also had a camera person there. The out of tune singing in the end is a throwback to high school choir games of seeing who beaks first when trying to sing just out of tune.

I’m sorry you had bad news. Superfruit is always good for raising your mood and/or giving you a good laugh. I’ve seen this probably 50 times at least, and it never gets old.

It's amazing to see how much Mitch stays in character during his solos - even with some adult beverages involved, he still puts so much of himself into his music that it sounds like he's performing this on stage, instead of in front of a couple of (probably slightly inebriated) friends.
BTW - Pentatonix does have a "serious" recording of Let It Go if you'd like to hear it, with Mitch and Kirstin switching off with the lead. No video for it (other than a "Yule Log" one, so probably not reaction worthy), but it's an interesting listen to see if you're familiar enough with their voices to be able to tell when they switch the leads.
