This game introduced me to outerouter and I didn’t know the story of it so I searched it up. Nothing, ok maybe someone on UA-cam explained it? I check and nothing. Someone online? Nothing. I SEARCHED FOR MONTHS TO TRY AND FIND THE STORY OF THIS AU. Eventually I found a video of a guy with like 70 subscribers and I finally found out the story of outer outer. And I learn it’s “humans and monsters are both in space, humans banish monsters to deep space.” … Definitely worth searching for four months isn’t it?
@ Atleast some AU’s like dustdust, swapswap, and fellfell have people explaining what they are basically everywhere. But there are some that have tons of work on them that have ZERO people explaining what the AU is. Unrelated example: fellswap emerald. Every time I search up “fellswap emerald” instead of getting something saying what the AU is it’s just dancing on that deadline remixes. WHAT IS THE STORY OF THIS AU? I WANT TO KNOW BUT PEOPLE JUST EXPECT EVERYONE TO ALREADY KNOW IT.

I've mained Outer for a while now. The nerf actually made him funner to use imo... Maybe it's cuz i'm not gonna feel guilty for using phase 2 anymore. :p (I forced myself to use UPG 2 and UPG 0 before he got nerfed, and therefor also not being able to use his skins either.)
outer sans deserved the nerf ngl, he was so unfun to fight againts and he was OP as hell, the star spam was really annoying to fight againts (including camping) and you couldn't really approach him without losing so much HP, so the nerf was needed for him (including his phase 2), phase 2 was straight an upgrade to him and carried him hard, just spam all your attacks and its an automatic win already (phase 2 needed no skill fr), but now that he got nerfed, he is still somewhat annoying to fight againts, but not as much as before... he feels a little balanced now, still a bit campy but hes killable atleast, and now he takes somewhat skill to use him, phase 2 became slightly alright aswell, but still annoying to fight againts lol
Yeah he was never fun to fight against, he had them coming for a while, but better late than never i suppose. Supernova was just braindead, free damage basically, glad that's gone lol. However, his falling bones are quite OP at times, especially Phase 2's, seeing as getting hit by a single one can instantly turn the tables, since it's 15 WHOLE SECONDS of not being able to jump, some weapons have workarounds but that doesn't change much. Phase 2 is impossible to properly balance honestly.
@Uncreative_guy supernova was legit nuclear stars at that point lmao, and yep, its gone now yea the falling bones can be OP sometimes (especially in phase 2 as their AOE gets bigger and that blue effect lasts for so long if you get hit by it) true, phase 2 its pretty much the same kit but buffed a bit and harder to balance they should rework outer sans tbh
@CombineForce I've heard that the devs plan on making an update based on reworking the rest of the old starter characters after the casino update releases, perhaps Outer is included. Though i'd take that info with a grain of salt, cuz the casino update is still far from finished.

Well, outer even tho outers have lost some of his attacks and part of stamina, atleast he still have his damage with blasters and stars, asteroid still great and not being touched to changes.Also for some reason i get somehow skin on Christmas outer before Christmas.
outer sans before they nerfed him was OP, he can just infinite camp in his stars 💀(and blasters), and phase 2 was just spam all your attacks and watch em die in nano seconds (aka spam all your attacks at once), so this nerf is good for him in my opinion (hes less campy now, and he needs somewhat skill, but still braindead to use him lmao), his only skill attack is his blasters and that's it (the rest is just hell attacks - aka the stars), he is still campy but only with the spinning stars and his main star attacks now (asteroid got nerfed so it lasts less), he can use bone rain to camp in em but they go away quickly too (tho they should fix their hitbox remaining when the effect goes away, i literally died by a bone rain that had invisible hitbox after the effect went away 💀💀) and phase 2 lost his supernova (aka the nuke)
@CombineForce @CombineForce yep, pretty much, i sadly wasn't being able to try his second phase before nerf but my friend was able to do that and o guess that's true, well, i understand about stars, super nova and etc, but stamina is a bit too much, like they could left 110 or 105, because he's stamina use now pretty rough and cd, but it's fair kind of (pretty much) yep, well atleast something left (well, i guess but it's not critical), well it's might be special of this move but i have doubts about this, interesting, well that's sad but now you know how it works I don't know what is this, could you please explain what this move could do?

yea, he deserved the nerf honestly... and for supernova, it could have had a global cooldown (so you can't use bone rain and supernova and the same time, or any attack that f*cks the chara side over really bad at phase 2) but they removed it instead lmao 💀(1 attack removed from spamming) and mine is bitter coldness (it sounds good)

Asteroid got a reduced uptime due to it expanding faster and dissipating quicker, it's less camping.
