In my opinion the system of the three cups, as it was once, should have been left intact. On the contrary many cups of the past (fifties and sixties surviving till the eighties and through the seventies ) could have been reorganized with the aim of removing useless friendly matches in the better weather seasons that have nothing of friendliness, employing them as means of entrance and qualification towards the three main cups. Anyway the fact they have made a step backward towards conference league means an avowal of a failure in relationship to the previous narrowing of competitiveness.
