Everybody talking about Duda's tecnique but lets talk about his phisical performance. I think his legs made possible an outstanding performance like that. Playing loop after loop against a top chopper like Gionis requires very strong legs and today his body was absolutely on point.
what about his tecnique?
What an exciting match! Nice to see so much respect for each other at the end. No palm slap after a battle!

And very nice, long rallies.
And very good sound for once. Could really hear the very hard contact of Duda's racket with the ball.

Wow I'm seriously speechless. This is one of the best matches I've ever seen. Both of them played so well and had some amazing rallies.
Duda's backhand openers are very consistent, spinny and immediately put pressure on Gionis.
Analysis: Duda great footwork (especially for such a tall guy), great reaction, great switch from attack to just pushing over. Maybe needed some more side changes but that’s always hard. I feel as a lefty almost disadvantage since naturally playing on long pip backhand. Overall very good performance against one of the best attackers. Sad for the Greek. Great game. Loved the hug at the end. ❤

Duda lost weight and he has progress more agility and stamina! Good job ! im a new fan !! keep up the good work. His opponent is a well known defensive player he is very good as well! Thank you for a fun to watch video!
Duda has great technique on both forehand and backhand. Gionis is mostly playing great but chokes in the last set. Many attackers know how to exhaust him with heavy attacks interrupted by stop-pushes. That takes its toll when the matches are going to a fifth or seventh set.

Panagiotis is 43 and still a player who can sting hard. And then again, Benedikt is, for me, one of the strongest player in the world if he can maintain his attacks consistently throughout the match.
Как-то слишком легко Duda поднимал запил Gionis. Понятно, что по новому мячу гораздо легче атаковать, но все же…

where are the spectators? Was it a private location without any crowd? I dont hear any big sound. Like a match in the lowest league.

Not sure if he is playing it in this game as well, but past setup was long pips backhand ( Butterfly Feint Long II) and Butterfly Tenergy 05 on forehand, blade: Butterfly Petr Korbel
