this is a great cover as usual :)
By the way, one thing I've noticed with your covers is that it often sounds like your drumming on the keyboard is a little louder than the track you're playing along to. That's not a bad thing; this means your playing is more easily hearable over the track. The track isn't so quiet in a way that I can't hear it, but at the same time, it's at the right volume to allow your playing to stand out a bit if you know what I mean.

@Justin Naramor I'm glad that you mentioned this topic! I always wonder if my covers sound right. The thing is that I want my drums to stand out so my viewers can hear everything I play crystal clear but without sacrificing too much from the original track so that it can be hearable.
For example, just imagine hearing a drum cover from a song you already know, you know how it progresses, so if the original truck is too low you might not have a problem with that.
On the other hand, if you try to hear another cover but haven't hear that song before then you'll hear the drums but it will be difficult to go along with the song, and this is not so good. The trick is to find the sweet spot of the volumes between the song and the drums according to what is needed.
      Thanks again for your feedback!

      @@mididrummer8842 This totally makes sense.
I've sort of been thinking of doing finger drumming covers of songs too, and one thing I've sort of thought about is using sidechain compression (if you understand the concept of "audio ducking", then sidechain compression is pretty much the same thing). My idea is to use a keyboard or some other MIDI controller and assign the track I'm gonna be playing to one of the keys/buttons. The other keys would be triggering the drum samples. So the object here is that when I start playing the drum samples, the volume of the track playing will be pushed down, and then when I temporarily stop drumming, the volume of the track will come back up again.
As a matter of fact, because I had this idea in my head, last week I actually did a little education about compression, because I hadn't really known how dynamic range compression actually worked. But in all honesty, it's really a pretty simple concept; a compressor is quite literally just an automated volume control slider. Imagine you're watching TV, but the advertisements sound a lot louder than the show you're watching. So you turn the volume down to try to make it match however loud your show was before the advertisement came on. But then when your show comes back on once the advertisement is over, it's a bit too quiet, so you turn the volume back up again. A compressor is really just an automated version of that :)))

I'll see what I can do. Uploading drumless versions of the tracks I post here on youtube is something I might start doing in the near future, starting with this one!
By doing this it may be useful for those who would like to use these songs to play along with their favorite band or even for someone who wants to practice with a guitar or other instrument.
      So yea, I'll do that!
