I turn off offers and promotions when I run a 50% off sale. I still get the random message asking to sell it for less but I tell them the sale price is the lowest price I will accept.

I don't do those extreme sales anymore. It just attracts buyers who want the best deals in a bad way.
I'm not sure how long you've been doing this, but I was watching your video and had a thought. Feel free to take this advice or leave it. But, why are you shipping everything priority? I see most of your listings have $5.99 shipping. So, I'm guessing you're probably eating $1-$4 with each shipment. I think you're losing quite a lot of money on shipping because you're not charging the full priority price (likely $8-14 is my guess).
My advice would be to downgrade your listings to USPS Ground Advantage and charge less for shipping. YOu might end up eating some of the costs but not as much as you are now. Your shipping costs may be scaring some people away and it's probably losing you money.
Again, take it or leave it, just an observation! (I've been a reseller for 10 years and use to work for a shipping SaaS, just as some info on my background.)

Thanks for the advice! I do charge $5.99 ground on a lot of my listings. I live in Michigan and seemed fair in my opinion. Especially compared to other listings I see a lot of $8 charges. Is it showing up as priority on your end? I double checked and it says ground advantage for me. I checked the ground advantage box.
You definitely have a lot more experience than me! I’ve been reselling for 5 or 6 years. I lost count, honestly 😅 thanks for watching!
