Is it weird that I watch Absol videos not just for the insane Pokemon stuff he does, but also for the little travel segments? Like, I've never known a youtuber that goes to such lengths to spend time with friends as he does. It's genuinely heartwarming.

You must feel my pain. I finished obtaining all obtainable PokeWalker Pokemon about a month ago, after working on it for like 4 months straight. I walked over 300,000 steps before I stopped counting. The biggest problem were the special 2% Pikachu variations. I need to see somebody else do this challenge.

I actually remember trying to beat the gen 4 national dex with some friends in 7th grade, I was the only one who had a working pokewalker, so most days I would try to get in at least 20,000 or so steps for close to a month, just walking around all the time and attaching it to my shoe in class and bouncing my knee (which is somewhat effective). we didn't need all of the pokemon from there since we had other games, but there were a fair few that would be gotten easiest, in any case it was awful and I would never do it again.

I've been a Pokémon fan for as long as I can remember (absol is also my favorite!) I've been watching your videos for a long time, on my old account too, from the tcg ones, to the shiny hunts, to the lv100 gauntlets, and everything in between. They've come such a long way since you first started. I'm proud of you, the progress you've made, and how talented and inspiring you really are even if you don't realize it, and I'm sure all your fans are as well. Your videos get better and better each time you upload, and they always help me smile or laugh when I need it, or just overall relax after a long day (I could fall asleep listening to your littleroot town night music, seriously one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard.) I can't explain it, but it feels so refreshing and as if all my bad thoughts go away while listening to it. Your style of content is so unique from other youtubers, mixing real life footage with gameplay just makes it feel so genuine, and like we're your friends hanging out with you there instead of just being viewers. It really shows how passionate you are and how much effort you put into your content. I admire that so much about you, and you deserve a million subs, all the support you get, and much more than that. I always look forward to your content and see what you'll create next. You have true potential. I'll never stop supporting you or watching your videos, keep up the amazing work!

What I like to do is get a Totodile and beat Faulkner for the TM Mudslap all in one go, without saving. Then I make sure Totodile is level 17 and holding Mudslap. I proceed to the nearest Pokémon Center and use the PC to duplicate Totodile sending me back to my last save. If I've done it right and my save is right before selecting the starter, I'll be able to pick a new one and still have the level 17 Totodile with Mudslap safely in the PC. Next, I select Chikorita and do the same thing I did with Totodile, only stopping at level 15 this time instead. After that duplication I can select Cyndaquil. I now have all 3 starters, plus two copies of Mudslap which sell for 1500 a piece. You can then duplicate the TMs endlessly for all your early game needs. Also, a lot of players neglect Buena in Goldenrod. She can get you early Ultraballs and Rare Candies.
Hi Absol, when this video had recently came out i had recently moved from Texas to Ohio and in my last year in Texas every time id see my psychologist id see that poog graffiti[ my mom told me it probably was doog.] It had sort became a running joke i have quite a few memories at the Pokémon store and another in the same mall so seeing the bit a bit in Texas truly felt like an end to a cheater in my life. I know I'm just a stranger on the internet and most likely oversharing but, thank you.

Fully evolved level 1 pokemon are very funny to me, and it's a pretty normal thing for stone evolutions. I approve of this painful grind because babby Wigglytuff is peak comedy.

In case no one mentioned, once your 3DS is jailbroken you can update it safely. I’ve jailbroken 8 consoles and none of them were ever harmed by being updated.
While updates wont brick your 3ds. Updates can temporarily break your cfw until you update it

Sheesh man, I wonder if I still have that pirated crystal cartridge which swaps your day every time you open the map screen (I remember specifically avoiding the old man in second town so I could do the password show because otherwise while browsing pokegear to radio your day will change). 15:55 woah this just unlocked a core memory for me! I actually got a card parody I made into a Beckett magazine! I don't remember which issue and I don't think I have a copy of it anymore, but I do remember the card. It was the Clefairy from the Expedition set that I changed to 'Tooth Fairy'.

Assuming 30 seconds per berry, as you ended up timing with the faster methods, and excluding all other factors that's ~16.666... hours with optimal play. If anyone ever does a TAS of this I really hope they make a lua script to automate the harvesting.
